What is Future Fit?
Future Fit is a 12-week online training program designed specifically for Bl(a)ck / Women of Colour (BWoC), including First Nations women across Australia to support them with necessary skills to advance their career and business in today’s freelance economy (or gig economy).
Selected participants will engage in structured, bite-sized video content workshops covering financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and technology skills. Additionally, there are fortnightly live mentoring sessions designed for participants to have their burning questions answered.
Who Can Apply?
Female (BWoC and First Nations women) aged 18 to 45, who want to upskill in finance, entrepreneurship, or digital technology. Based in Australia.

1. What is the cost of the program?
The Future Fit program is 100% free for eligible participants. This is made possible through sponsorships from Bank Australia, allowing us to provide high-quality education at no cost to you.
2. What is the time commitment for the program?
The Future Fit program is designed to provide flexibility while maintaining structure through scheduled sessions. Participants will need to join the live Orientation, Mentoring sessions, ‘Ask Me Anything’ sessions, and Graduation Day at the specified dates and times. For weekly coursework, materials reading, and module assignments, you can expect to dedicate 3-4 hours per week, which you can complete at your own pace by accessing video content on your schedule. This ensures the program is manageable alongside your work, study, or family commitments.
