Our mission is to empower organisations led by, advocating for or allied with People of Colour. We do this by helping them develop a proud identity that resonates and a communications engine that speaks to all of society. After all, if all of society isn’t designed for, then all of society isn’t reached.
We are a team of migrant Women of Colour design and development (web + app) professionals.
Value
We don’t spend money on uncomfortable, imported furniture. This means we charge you a fair fee so we can pay our Melbourne-based talent a fair fee. (We strictly do not outsource or exploit work to developing countries for $7 an hour).
Communications
If you aren’t slightly annoyed by our clarifying questions, we’re not doing our job right. We will go above and beyond to make sure we get the brief right and we have delivered to quality, on time and on budget. Our background in Big Four strategy consulting beat it into us. Jokes aside, we believe in long term relationships over short term gains.
Handover
How many times have you briefed out design work that you haven’t later been able to modify? Part of our process is a smooth handover. We will make sure that after we’re gone, you can still make necessary modifications.
Sure – like everyone else, we have deep, extensive experience working across the corporate, startup, government and social sectors.
Unlike everyone else, we possess the lived, intersectional experience of
what it is like to have society throw all its barriers your way. . .
and still proceed to a success story.
